VALIANT; a kingdom under the blessings of three Kings divided into three pillars of government.While Northern region is the heart, which is the center, main source of entertainment and arts thus making this region alive. Its people being given the freedom to express themselves through fine arts: Musics, poems, sculptures, dances, paintings, theatrical performances, and many others. Street musicians also dancers can be found strolling around to provide free performances. There are also few musical instruments laying on certain spots for everyone to play; mainly piano, accoustic guitar, and violin.Along with music and other fine arts, flowers are also being major element of this region that sets the beauty. 'Le doux murmure des fleurs' is an iconic monthly celebration of children around 6-10 years old giving out flower bouquets for free. They would also slip some mini cookie bags made by local pâttiseries in. Flowers were used as a gratitude to the three kings also the Goddess for providing protection and prosperity.

King of northern region, he is usually seen with a smile on his face and known as the 'Wise Emperor' others would seek advices from. Tenn does appreciate aesthetics and was the one turning VALIANT into the land of art.Appears friendly around his people, yet could be coldーeven wickedーto those against him. Tenn will not hesitate to lure someone with his sweet words just to reveal their true intentions. Surprisingly enough, he is constantly being approached by children which Tenn wouldn't mind spending some time with.In his free time, he would leave the palace and greet his people either with or without disguise. Sometimes paying Gaku and Ryuunosuke a visit as well.Two notable possessions of his are the Sword of VARIANT he carries around most of the time, and the brooch which pink diamond was taken from the previous king's royal crown.
